Peter Amedzake, Ph.D., MBA.
Dr. Amedzake has over 15+ years of experience delivering efficient manufacturing operations, portfolio and financial risk management, marketing analytics, and streamlining new technology and innovative product development for global consumer technologies. He has led manufacturing standardization, product and process development, and technology optimization and integration. Dr. Amedzake has played instrumental roles in defining and developing manufacturing strategies and technology roadmaps that increased revenue and market share for three Fortune 500 companies. He is a NASA Aerospace Project Executive and has worked with leading technology companies like Intel, Philips Lumileds, and Samsung. Dr. Amedzake holds degrees in Physics, Education and an MBA in Financial Risk Management, Operations, and Marketing Analytics. He has expertise in photonics, laser science, solid-state laser materials, and spectroscopy and is interested in big data analytics, innovative technology, STEM education, and more.

Prof. George Quainoo, Ph.D.
Prof. George Quainoo, Ph.D., has 30+ years of technical and academic experience in physics, materials science, and engineering, including extensive experience in processing and characterizing engineering materials for industrial applications. He was most recently a Full Professor of Materials and Engineering at Southern Oregon University. He has also served as a lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Cape Coast. Dr. Quainoo is affiliated with various professional organizations, including the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Association of Physics Teachers. He has authored and co-authored over fifty technical publications and contributed to successful grant proposals totaling over 1.3 million dollars.

Mr. Edward Okla, MSc.
Mr. Edward brings over 9 years of experience in semiconductor devices, fabrication, process integration and characterization. Edward also has a working knowledge of RF and microwave systems. Prior to moving to the United States, Edward spent some as a math and science educator in his native Ghana.
Edward is currently a Senior Process Engineer with Intel Corporation, working on advanced plasma etch systems used in 14nm transistor fabrication. He has worked on different technology nodes (45 to 14nm) and has a working knowledge of complete transistor fabrication life cycle.
Edward holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Dr. Okine is a radiation oncology physicist who has spent over two decades studying and practicing the treatment of cancer with radiation at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, Hampton University Proton Therapy Institute Hampton VA, DePaul Medical Center, Norfolk VA and Cancer Center of Hawaii.
He is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and earned both his Master and Doctoral degree at Hampton University, Hampton VA. He focuses on providing latest cutting-edge technologies and treatments options in the fight against cancer with interest in motion management, prostate seed implant, radiation detectors, dose measurement, and STEM education. Dr. Okine keeps healthy by playing soccer, hiking and running.

Dr. Nick Fiavey, MD, MPH, FACP
Dr. Nick Fiavey, MD, MPH, FACP, is an experienced internist, public health consultant, and researcher who has worked for the federal government in various capacities for 25 years. He is an attending physician at the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, Mississippi. He previously worked as a medical officer for the Peace Corps in Liberia during the Ebola epidemic. He is also the founder and former medical director of a successful private medical practice in Newburgh, NY. Dr. Fiavey earned his MD from the University of Ghana Medical School, completed post-graduate studies in epidemiology and biostatistics at the Hebrew University School of Public Health in Jerusalem, and specialized in internal medicine at the State University of NY, Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn. He also has experience in biomedical research and has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications. Dr. Fiavey is passionate about returning professional healthcare talent to Ghana and Africa.
